KCB REAL ESTATE
KCB is a buy-and-hold control investor in a wide variety of income-producing property types from core real estate to niche assets such as healthcare, hospitality and data centers. Our current portfolio contains over $600 million of real estate assets, including shopping centers, multi-family residential and skilled nursing facilities. We typically partner with operating partners with substantial knowledge of the geography and property type to acquire properties where redevelopment, repositioning and/or retenanting can create significant value. We also consider select stabilized or development opportunities that have attractive risk/return profiles.
